The staff was great, making us feel at home, and the location was perfect for easy access to the motorway and trams.
The morning meal could benefit from offering more menu options to choose from.

The breakfast was great value and gorgeous with a treat in the near future and beans and mushroom and served by the incredibly nice staff. We truly enjoyed the standard family queen room which was newly renovated and nicely refurbished with 2 newly purchased single beds.

Just back from a weekend visit to The Belmore, and it was wonderful! The staff were friendly, providing really good service throughout our stay. Our room was cozy and comfortable, equipped with great complimentary items like bottled water and biscuits. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a nice mix of cooked and continental options.
The room doors were a bit heavy, but it wasn't a major issue.

Recommended for families seeking convenience
The staff were warm, going above and beyond to. My daughters loved the Fredrick Suite with comfy beds, and the tasty food in the restaurant left a nice impression.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for the quality of stay.

Charming pub vibes
The design of the place was super charming and full of character. Our room was spacious with a fantastic huge bathtub that I loved. The pub downstairs had a cool vibe and some tasty-looking food. Only bummer was the noise from party-goers at night. Still, a cozy spot overall!

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff's kindness really shone through, especially when they arranged room proximity for my family. It was so comforting to have easy access for my mobility needs.
A few more senior-friendly seating areas would help.
